Is this just for RTCz? It says supported on zOS, i and Unix. Can we use this to deployment WebSphere applications to AIX/Unit?

Have you played around with the RTC Build Engine, and Build definitions?
You can script most things using ant and the rtc specific tasks ant tasks.

Yes, I am aware of this.

Just want to understand the motivation of this "deployments and packages" function, is designed for zOS or not.
