I have installed the Rational Team Concert v3.0 server. Then, after lauching Tomcat, I try to launch the server configuration wizard by entering the following address in my web browser : https://:9443/jts/setup. The problem is that my browser tries to load the address continuously. I tried with https://:9443/jts/admin and I have the same problem. I don't have any log message in the log directory of the server. I have an error in the console where Tomcat is running saying that no database component has been found but I don't know if it is related.
