Storyboard, user interface sketch

Starting new project and need help with storyboard and UI Sketch functions of RRC. Had used 2.0 and now am using 3.0.1 but never used the storyboard or other sketch functions so I am searching for help (tutorial, video, help) any suggestions???

There are also "showme" movies. To see the storyboard showme in V3, click here:

and then click on the Show Me to start the movie.
