Jazz RM LocalHost: There is no REST service handler registered for the path

Hi all,

i have a problem with my local Jazz Team Server.

I am trying to get some informations (e.g. all project areas) from the Rational Requirements Composer via OSLC/REST - Firefox Plugin or programmatically, but i always get the following message:

For Example with this call:
https://localhost:9443/rm/oslc_rm/catalog
--> HTTP Status 403 - CRJZS0040E There is no REST service handler registered for the path "/oslc_rm/catalog"

if i am trying the same at my productive-environment, i have no problems. It works perfect.

For Example:
https://server_xyz/rm/oslc_rm/catalog
--> List of all my informations

But for testing and to optimate my programmatically solution, i need a working localhost :-(

What does "
There is no REST service handler registered for the path" mean? i am confused!
Do i have to set an option in the settings of the Rational Requirement Composer?

Best Regards

The CRJZS0040E error can appear due to various reasons. What version are you using? Is it a new installation, replicate of the production, or migration/upgrade from some other environment? If you really get stuck, I suggest you contact Support.

Hello,

i found this solution in the internet:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21501067

I am using a local Rational JTS 4.0. But i can't find this line: "

com.ibm.rdm.fronting.server.RDMWebAppRequirementCreationDialogUrl=https\://server_name\:9443/rdm/_ajax-modules/com.ibm.rdm.web.picker.RequirementCreatorPicker?projectURL\=
[/<code>]"

And now i don't know how i can fix my problem.

Best Regards!

The solution only applies to RRC 2.0.0.3 and 2.0.0.4. Please contact Support.

Is there an official support contact besides the support eguide?
I would try it and if i get an answer, i will publish it here!

It may not be obvious, the two links in the eGuide that you need are Submit a service request and Contact IBM Support, where you can submit a support ticket on the web or by the phone.
