Which user details does the ETL use?
When the ETL jobs run through Data Manager report the username \ password is incorrect, do they mean the odbc connection details (populated from the Reports\Downloads from CLM), or the login details of report user in CLM, or the database user?
In addition, we recently set up Active directory, do the application system users (eg dw_user, RPTUSER etc) need to be set up in AD aswell?

If you means you couldn't extract data from CLM, please modify jts.xdc workitem.xdc build.xdc and and scm.xdc file to set correct user/password.
