Monitoring who is logged in

Hi all

Has anyone found a way to monitor who (as in the named user) is logged in at any particular time. I want to run a regular check (commandline?) that will return the currently logged-in users.

many thanks

Hello,

Found an option in JTS Admin that tracks users who logged in with Floating License. You've got to put to true the Enable Floating License Logging option. It then creates a log file tracking the name, time and tools users have logged into from the moment the option has been active.

Hope this helps!

I believe Anthony is also interested in non-floating license usage.

Cheers,

How can we check to see ALL users currently logged-in? I have both floating and authorized users. In fact, most of my users are authorized users. Thanks! - Paul

Hello,

Is there a way of getting a list of users who logged in to RTC or JTS over a period of time? I can see we can report on the number of people who logged in as well as on the users who logged in at a moment in time. I am after a combination of the 2 really ;)

Any idea how I can get out of the tool a list of users who logged in over a certain period of time?

Many thanks

Hi Claire,
With this info, is it possible to report on the last login info of all the users? We have JTS/RTC running on WAS

Thanks.

Hi Valli - Claire talks about being able to log the info, not report on it. However, once you have the raw data, you should be able to use this in some form of report (even if it is via importing into a spreadsheet.
