How do I link between Iteration Plans in RTC?

How do I link between iteration Plans and the pages within an iteration
plan? Currently the only solution I have is using the link from the Web UI.

You can create a link to an other iteration plan by dropping the target
plan to another iteration plan's text editor or a work item editor.
Alternatively, you can copy a plan's URL by opening the context menu and
selecting "Copy Web URL".

Currently it is not possible to link directly to a specific page of an
iteration plan other than copying the browser's URL while the page is shown.
