Automate RTC 'WORKITEMS_SNAPSHOT Update Snapshot Data' task
We run twice daily Insight reports against RTC deliverables for
deployment to production environment that evening. These reports
require as close to real-time data as possible and so snapshot
refreshes are kicked off 10 minutes prior to report generation; How can
we automate the triggering of the WORKITEMS_SNAPSHOT Update Snapshot data on the RTC 'Reports'->'Admin/Administer Data Warehouse' page of RTC 2.0.0.2

The data warehouse snapshots were designed to only run once a day. Running them more frequently will impact the server performance and could inflate the size of the data warehouse and hence affect its performance. For reports that need near real time data, you could combine the historical data with the real time live data in the same report. We already do that in some reports like the Burdown, Burnup and Release Burndown reports.
