Two advantages of RTC/Jazz CLM that I can think of are:

1)Integrated SCM, Build part. 2)Jazz CLM - Integrated Requirements and Testing solution for linking to Sprint/Product backlogs.

This will give the cohesiveness over using different components/products from Atlassian/3rd party.

Any other advantage of RTC specific to Scrum over GreenHopper?
