Deletion of Approval in document

It is possible to have approval on the documents. If an approval is confirmed and so valid for the document it is possible to delete the approval afterwards. This behavior is unexpected and should be modified in the way that a confirmed approval can not be deleted. As an element can not be deleted in JAZZ it should not be possible to delete an approval too.
