RRDI installation error

Team,

I am getiing error :
CRRRL5000E: The report server has not been correctly configured to use a Jazz Team Server for user authentication. Users cannot log on to the report server until this issue is resolved. Contact your report server administrator for help.
Verify that the Jazz Team Server is running. Check the Jazz Team Server URL, report server URL, and OAuth settings in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ibm\RRDI\cognos\configuration\jazzns_config.xml'. If you need to update the OAuth settings, open jazzns_config.xml with a text editor, change the 'oauth-key' and 'oauth-secret' values, set the 'encrypted' value to 'false' and save the file. Refresh your browser and try logging on again.

I have edited jazzns_config.xml with correct data still facing the issue.
Need help

If all the URLs and OAuth key/secret are correct, did you restart your RRDI Report Server after editing jazzns_config.xml? You need to restart, not just refresh your browser.

Hello! I got the same error but after editing the XML file, saving and restarting the report server all the values are getting back to the previous values. Any idea?

If you replace the OAuth key/secret values in the XML file, set the "encrypted" attribute to "false", and restarted, the file will be re-encrypted, the values replaced, and the attribute set to true. If the encrypted values are now the same as they were, then you must have put the same text back in when you edited the file.

- Verify that the URI of the JTS server is correct
- Did you properly configure com.ibm.rational.reporting as a trusted Consumer in JTS/admin? The Consumer key you copy/paste into the jazzns_config.xml and the secret must come from here.
- in JTS/Admin Advanced Properties, verify that the Report Server URI is correct under "Custom Reports". Also verify that the Namespace is set to Jazz.
