I am trying to modify User Interface of RQM.
I want to add some new links in GUI of RQM.
Can somebody please provide help in changing the User Interface of RQM?

There are several ways to customize the RQM UI (see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/nav/22). For example, create a custom rich text section for adding links.
