Multiple JTS Server Authentication
Hi All,
I have installed Rational Insight 1.0.1.1 on windows 2003 server. I Have integrated RQM 3.0.1 which is on AIX with Insight , and configured login restriction with project level login, (configured Jazz Namespace to authenticate from the respective JTS of RQM). I also want to integrate RTC 3.0.1 with Insight. Now my question is can we append the URL in the jazzns_config file in Insight to authenticate from RTC JTS by adding another namespace for RTC?
How can we have multiple JTS Server be configured to authenticate in INsight for RQM and RTC?
Quick help is much appreciated

The Jazz namespace in Insight 1.0.1.1 is currently designed to integrate with a single CLM 3.0.1 installation with a single JTS. You cannot configure the same Jazz namespace to integrate with another JTS.
The integration supports 2 key usage scenarios.
1. You can log in to the Insight report server and be authenciated by the pre-designated JTS.
2. When you are logged in to a CLM application (like CCM or QM), you can import reports from the Insight report server and run them in the CCM and QM reporting Web UI or dashboards.
Please submit an enhancement request for future releases if you think that support for integrating with multiple JTS in a single Insight report server is critical. Are all your JTS hooked up the to same LDAP server?
