While configuring Formal Project Management based process, I realized that the time taken to set "Required Attributes" in operation behavior is really time consuming. One need to check each role and each state of every work item type.

Can't we simplify by adding few more operations like "copy" or duplicate across roles/workitem types?

Will appreciate any simplification.
