CRJAZ0546I Failed to complete the database transaction
From Jazz Web, the following error message was displayed when trying to open a team area. Click "Reload" did reload the page properly. Could anyone please comment on the cause and how to avoide such an error? Thanks.

I believe in a different post you were experiencing DB2 connection drops, and this is a similar sort of problem. I'd recommend the DB2 logs again to see if there is any problem there.
