CRJAZ0546I Failed to complete the database transaction

From Jazz Web, the following error message was displayed when trying to open a team area. Click "Reload" did reload the page properly. Could anyone please comment on the cause and how to avoide such an error? Thanks.

An error occurred while communicating with the server. : CRJAZ0546I Failed to complete the database transaction. Reload

I believe in a different post you were experiencing DB2 connection drops, and this is a similar sort of problem. I'd recommend the DB2 logs again to see if there is any problem there.
