Error attaching screen capture to work item
In the RTC web client, I am attempting to perform a screen capture using the tool on the work item screen. Everything is fine to the point where I want to attach the screen capture to the current work item. When I click the work item under "Attach To:", I get the following error:
Error while attacing screen capture. Reason: Bad Request (400) I have tried using IE8, Chrome and FireFox and the problem exists in all three browswers. Others in my office don't have this problem so I suspect it might be a Java issue. I currently having JRE 1.6.0_11-b03 as the default whereas the people not having the problem are using JRE 1.6.0_16-b01. Any ideas? |

Does it work when you upgrade java?
It has always worked for me, at the moment I am on: 1.6.0_24 |
