[closed] How to make a user to be automatically subscribed to a particular workitem type, so that he can get mails on every update of the workitems
Hi,
Required:
Want a user to be automatically subscribed to a particular workitem type, so that he can get mail triggered to him on each and every update of the workitems.
Tried by failed:
1. tried using "subscribe by" but it has been shared among all workitems, tried duplicating the same but that didnt workout.
2. Tried using script based condition to push the user id into subscribe by field, but didnt work.
3. Tried to add a custom attribute called subscriber with attribute type as contributer list, the user is getting populated but mail not triggered.
kindly help me in this issue.
