What causes built-in dashboards in Scrum/ALM Agile template to not pull up intermittently?

On Version 4.06 and testing the nice Scrum/Agile ALM template.  There are extra dashboards built in for the roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Dev Team.  You get to these from the General tab landing dashboard by clicking on the Team in the Team widget.  Sometimes I am able to pull up the Scrum Master dashboard, for instance, and sometimes when I click on that tab the screen refreshes but I stay in the General tab.  In some cases I have tried again and again in the same session and eventually the Scrum Master dashboard will open, but sometimes not.  What would cause a dashboard not to come up?

Have you tried on different browser?

 It's possible that something is timing out on the server, check the jts and ccm (jazz) logs for errors.
