Refreshing Pending Changes: java.lang.IllegalStateException

It seems that the repository is corrupted.
All developpers has this error while refreshing pending changes:

An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing Pending Changes...".
java.lang.IllegalStateException


Is there a way to fix the repository (some king of repair) to solve this problem.
