Connection refused in RAM Eclipse client repository

Hi All.
I am trying to create new asset management repository connection using RAM Eclipse client with URL http://localhost:13080/ram and username and password is admin.
I am using RAM server v7.5.0.2 .
I am getting error as "Connection refused" into RAM Eclipse client.
Please suggest me.

I assume that you can go to that URL with the browser with no problems, (using the uid/passwd for that connection).
Which Eclipse level are you on (also assume you installed the RAM plugins from that same server).
Best bet would be to check the .log file Windows->show views -> error log

Make sure the URL you use is the same URL defined on the extensions
page. If the server URL is not defined as localhost, the connection will
fail.
