Hi Markus,

The iteration plan's start and end dates are based on the iteration's
start and end dates. they can be changed in the process state XML
configuration of your project area.
A different iteration can be chosen via the plan's "Configure Plan..."
context menu entry.

Hope this helps,

Hallo Michael,

we tried the XML way and this works fine, thanks for the hint. Regarding the context menu we are able to change the Name, Team Area, Iteration and Categories but we do not have access to the start and end date of the plan but as you mentioned this can be done via XML.

Something we noticed during our tests related to the iteration plans. We were defining iteration plans and it happen that two person in the same project area were creating and planning iteration plan. The one who started first had the functionality available as known and was able to create new iteration plans including the information about the start and end date. The second person was able to create iteration plans too but s/he was not able to define the start and end date of the new iteration plan. After the second person had defined a new plan we noticed that the start and end date used for the iteration was the one the first person had used for his/her iteration plan. Does this happen by accident or is this a wrong behavior within the iteration planning.

Kind regards, Markus
