Help! RQM broken after reconfig Data Warehouse settings
Urgent assistance needed please!
Yesterday I reconfigured all RQM Data Warehouse settings from ADMIN to my userid in a misguided attempt to fix reporting. This seems to have broken RQM! I am unable to get to jazz/admin or jazz/setup to change back.
Is there a way to edit the config files directly on the Ubuntu server please?
Please bear in mind that the server was setup by a unix expert, who has since left. I don't have much knowledge in that area. Need hand holding.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
the configuration files should be under server/conf in the install folder. They are text files and can be edited. Also, there should be backup files you could use. every time you change the config, a backup is created. I would suggest a backup before you change. The server needs to be stopped to reread the files.
I am unsure how your configuration should break more than the data warehouse. You should provide more information about the symptoms. You might want to also check the log files.
