Upgraded QM from 3.0.1.3 to 4.0.1 -- users report cannot list artifacts
We upgraded our CLM over the weekend to 4.0.1. Today some users cannot view a list of artifacts (e.g. Test Execution Records) The menu choice responds, but the page is empty. I.e. not a set of headers and 'no records found' -- just empty.
I have checked: Jazz Role, License, Project Membership and Role all look to be in order. Any suggestions ? Kevin |

Kevin, is this some users only? Can others view the same content successfully?
If so, two things come to mind: 1) supported browser version - what browser (and version) is being used? 2) clearing browser cache - can you clear the browser's cache? If not, what are the specific artifact type(s)? Is there a red error/exception in the UI, typically "Unable to load content" with an error dump and message code. Comments

All that was checked, but after ~2h user reports lists of TER, Test Cases, Reports, etc are now shown. No errors were reported to UI or on the QM application server.

After some (apparently idle time), affected user is able to see artifacts and update them.
