Upgraded QM from 3.0.1.3 to 4.0.1 -- users report cannot list artifacts
We upgraded our CLM over the weekend to 4.0.1. Today some users cannot view a list of artifacts (e.g. Test Execution Records) The menu choice responds, but the page is empty. I.e. not a set of headers and 'no records found' -- just empty.
I have checked: Jazz Role, License, Project Membership and Role all look to be in order.
Any suggestions ?

Kevin, is this some users only? Can others view the same content successfully?
If so, two things come to mind:
1) supported browser version - what browser (and version) is being used?
2) clearing browser cache - can you clear the browser's cache?
If not, what are the specific artifact type(s)? Is there a red error/exception in the UI, typically "Unable to load content" with an error dump and message code.
