Hi

A project I am on has a requirement to version manager vmware images. These could be up to 20 GB in size.
Is it possible to version manage very large files like this in RTC ?

Hi Rob,

as far as I know, today it is not possible to delete binaries that are no longer needed in the SCM system. This would grow your repository very fast too.

Is there a reason to version the VMWare in an SCM system versus to have versions stored on a file system? Would it be an approach to version a document that points to the folder where the VM Image forthat version is stored?
