Under RTC integrated Jenkins, There is some load policy option is provided by the team concert plugin.
a) Specify the components to load.
b) load components by using dynamic load rules.
c) load components by using load rule file.

For option ‘a’ there is we have multiple choice is there load all component or exclude some component.

There is no such setting which combines "load components by using dynamic load rules" and “specify which components to load”.
