RFT RQM Adapter question

Does any one know how to change the RFT RQM adapter's working directory? By default it's at C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\FunctionalTester\RQMAdapter\
My program requires to load some files from a different directory, how can I change the working directory of the adapter? Thanks.
