TypeError:_10 is null error when accessing plan

Hi,

Every once in awhile when we access a plan we get the TypeError:_10 is null error. There isn't really any useful information with the message to tell us what's going on. We can't add debug=true to the URL because we can't recreate it right after it happens.

Is there any documentation that could tell us what's causing this error or does someone know what it is.
