Missing fields in the Data Wharehouse and Data Base

We found out using RRDI that some fields in the sandbox Data Warehouse are not in our production environment.

Question 1: are this new fields parts of the different updates?

Question 2: if so, how to update our environment in production with the minimum impact to the end user?

hi, Could you please indicate which are the fields and from which table are these fields missing ?you could attach a snapshot picture would be great .

We found it in the Test Case Area. The left list is the production Test Case Area while the list on the right us the one in our sandbox. We found out about this problem when we deployed the report in production and threw an error
