[closed] Unable to get Follow-up Action (Operation Participant)

Hi,

I have developed a OperationParticipant plug-in, same as OperationAdvisor plug-in (followed the link https://jazz.net/library/article/495). Except a change in Extetions tab i.e.
instead of com.ibm.team.process.service.operationAdvisors I choose com.ibm.team.process.service.operationParticipants.
But when I searched for this in Operation Behaviour tab under TeamConfiguration it is showing Follow-up Actions(0 available).
I am able to see the message on console on server startup which I have given in Start() method of Activator. It means that plug-in is activated.

Please Let me know if I am wrong in doing.
Actually my requirement is-> I need to create child workItems when a particular work item is saved successfully. suggest me wether my approach is correct?
