How to stop WorkItems from converting hour est to days?

Does anyone know the button clicks in the Work Item configuration to stop the conversion (display) from converting hour estimates to days/ weeks/ months?

Under Project Configuration -> Configuration Data -> Planning -> General there's a check box titled Display estimates in hours .

This might be what you're looking for.
