.rget indicates pass when filesystem is full

When the server from which a .rget is executed has a full filesystem, rather than reporting any errors in writing files and failing the step simply ends and passes.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If this is very repeatable (sounds like it is) then you should open a defect. I suggest creating the simplest possible reproduction (sounds like maybe one step to create a small file, and another to .rget that file) so that you can send that export file to support to attach to the defect as a reproduction case.
