How to convert old users after turning on LDAP?
We decided to turn on LDAP after we already added many users (50+). Is there an utility to convert those old users to be LDAP users?
We did use the LDAP ID as the BF User ID. We also have multiple hierarchical access groups. Deleting old users and recreating them via first login is really not an option. Too much work to reassign them to the right access groups.
I am thinking of modify the User record in the backend DB. Any thoughts?
Thanks,

If you're having a bunch of group assignments, look into the map access groups options in LDAP. That's one of the biggest advantages of using a centralized user management system anyway, so that you don't have to maintain that info in different places.
