System Messages window

HI, Good day

I have a question about an aspect of Rational Build Forge 7.1.1.4 which I could not answer.

The question is: Why in the System Messages window when you filter by "Severity = Audit" and "Period = All", where there are 1305 messages, only see the processes in the "User" only says "System" and do not see the rest of the users who performed the process?
Could you guide me about what may have been omitted in some settings?

I've checked to see if this has to do with the configuration or another and have not found the answer.

To investigate the link I used:

I appreciate the help they can give us

There are no audit events in v 7.1.1.4 that are at the user level. All audit events are logged as "System" in this version.

If you are looking for information on a specific user, you can try the filter box. You will notice that the name listed under "user" is always system, but the message itself can contain information about the specific user, such as :

User 'blah' logged out.
User blah authenticated.

etc.

The granularity of logging was improved in v. 7.1.2, but I do not know the specifics, as our shop is still on 7.1.1.4.
