Error CRJAZ0215I wile creating WI using Java

Hello Everyone,

We get following error when we try to create a new Work Item,using Java in Eclipse client, under one specific project area:

CRJAZ0215I The following record was not found in the database :com.ibm.team.workitem.common.internal.model.impl.WorkItemHandleImpl@5b1a5b1a (stateId: <unset>, itemId: , origin: com.ibm.team.repository.client.internal.TeamRepository@54d654d6, immutable: <unset>)

This code works fine for other project areas which we created programatically. It would be great if somebody can help or can share any pointers.

The actual code you are using to make the work item would help, we might be able to spot something wrong with it that way.
