can not show imported model on web

I installed RDM and could log in and setup. As I imported the model zip manully, I couldnt see the model structure on web.

I could not configure the server extention:
https://myhost:9446/dm/carter/configuration.

It always give a link error

type Status report

message CRJZS0040E There is no REST service handler registered for the path "/carter/configuration".
