Source control in RTC issues with files not ending in .txt

Before the latest upgrade I could download items from source control via my browser. After the upgrade, the web version has no facility for downloading a file and even though it is an SQL, or CSV, it won't touch it. How do I manage non *.txt files in RTC source control via the web client?

Hi Tracy,

which version are you running? There are no changes in these capabilities. Have you checked that you have a license that includes access to SCM? Otherwise the web client might hide the menu - not sure.

I just added opened and downloaded a text file in my RTC 3.0.1 install.
