Changes Hidden?

I don't understand this screen.

In the status bar (bottom of screen), it say only 6 changes (right, we only changed so much), but what does that thousands of Changes Hidden files mean? And it is transferring so many files from the screen we can see. What does it doing?

I did delete a snapshot in the current workspace before accept.

For scalability reasons, not all changes in a change set are shown when it reaches more than 1000 changes (default value, check Pending Changes preferences to set a different value).
