APT_SNAPSHOT is not new. It has been there since 2.0.0.2.
Please ignore the snapshots that have the word REMOTE in them. Those actually do not contain any new tables and are just there as a side effect of the new shared Data Warehouse ETL. We will probably hide those in a future release.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
