When I am trying to create a report using BIRT Designer I see many snapshots like

APT_SNAPSHOT
BUILD_REMOTE_SNAPSHOT
COMMON_REMOTE_SNAPSHOT
...
...

Is there any help on these - what it provides etc?

APT_SNAPSHOT is not new. It has been there since 2.0.0.2.

Please ignore the snapshots that have the word REMOTE in them. Those actually do not contain any new tables and are just there as a side effect of the new shared Data Warehouse ETL. We will probably hide those in a future release.
