i tried to create a custom Theme
(downloaded from https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/WebUITheming renamed to "custom1.zip" and uploaded it to the web client.)

ok, so that doesn't work,
there were no changes to see.

Then i created another, more simply theme, "custom2.zip" and uploaded it.
Again, clicking at "preview" seems to have no effect.


BUT, if i just "accept" the new theme, its there :)

so i wanted to delete the themes by clicking "delete" and get the following error in my chrome console:
"DELETE https://<server>:<port>/ccm/_theming/custom1 500 (Internal Server Error)

in firefox 3.6.20 the error is like

IE8 just says:

What do i am doing wrong?
Is this a bug or did i just miss something?
How can i get rid of these custom testing themes?


I am using RTC 3.0 iFix 1 (RJF-I20110307-1521),
with an DB2 database

Is there really nobody who can help? :cry:

I have now a bunch of useless not-working custom themes xD

How can i get rid of them?
Anybody knows?

Am I the only one, having this problem? :shock:

Are you able to delete uploaded themes?
Is there a bug or an existing work item, i don't found anything -.-



I am currently testing custom designs with images,
so I am getting a whole lot of themes,
but i am not able to delete / overwrite them.

Neither in Chrome, nor Firefox nor IE.


Is there anything i can do? Need to configure in my jazz server? update?

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

ok, thanks for any help ;p

Since i have updated to 3.0.1, the problem is solved :)

I am now able to delete all of my custom themes 8)

I am facing the same problem with RTC version 3.0. Is it like  Themes will not work properly in RTC version 3.0?
