How can I access the RQM historyURL within RPE?

I am trying to access the history of a RQM executionresult in RPE. Does anyone know if its possible to pull this history information into RPE?

Each entry of the history feed contains rich text (XHTML) summary of the change. This rich text is subject to translation and the formatting is not structured in a predictable way. Therefore, the rich text (XHTML) summary is not well suited for parsing in RPE.

Note: RPE can display rich text (XHTML) fields but not mine the content. To display the display rich text (XHTML), the schema would look like:

- feed
- entry
- title: string
-update: datetime
- summary: richtext

where richtext is defined in http://jazz.net/xmlns/alm/qm/v0.1/.
