Reporting on FocalPoint-RTC Links
We have customers using the Focal Point integration with RTC, linking Focal Point items with RTC workitems. I don't see anything in the ETL showing that this link data is captured within Insight to be able to report on the integration. Is this true, or am I not looking in the correct spot? It seems like this would need to come from the FocalPoint ETL, since the link is only visible from that side, not from RTC.
Any help I could get on this would be much appreciated - thanks!

Yes, I see that ChangeRequest data maps into the Request table in the data warehouse, but what I think is missing is something that populates the REQUEST_HIERARCHY or REQUEST_LINK table, to indicate that there is a relationship between the Change Request in Focal Point and a workitem in RTC.

I'm referring to the data coming back in the REST service for FP Change Requests. Do you see the RTC work items in there? i.e. is the REST service returning the data?
I did some research and it sounds like this isn't currently available in Focal Point 6.5.0.2 but will be available in the 6.5.1 release that is coming in September.
Will the Focal Point team be releasing a new ETL with their release similar to the ETL's released by the CLM team? Or should this be an RFE against the Insight team? I'm not sure at this point how that would be handled.
