Is it possible to change user email preferences via the web interface? I have several stakeholders in my project using only the web interface who want to change their email preferences.

Good point: no

I know 3 web accesses: Setup, Admin and Web and only in Admin I see access to change email - but one need "JazzAdmins" permission to get into there.
