how to set the state of the work item in RTC

Hi Everyone,

Please suggest how to set the state of the work item in the RTC ? As the setState2() was deprecated , and found that i could be possible to set the work flow action to the work item .
kindly set the api code snippet for setting the action id for work item in server side plugin development.
