How to create a Baseline of Project in RRC 3.0.1

Can someone please let me know the steps to create a Baseline of Project in RRC 3.0.1??

In RRC, I think you're looking for what we refer to as Project Snapshots.

Please also note that in order to have access to this ability, your user must have the Project Snaphot Administrator permission as noted here:
