I followed all the steps to connect RAM to RSADM

When I go to a forum topic or an asset to make a link to a RSADM resource, I select from the connections pop up menu the RSADM provider, from the service providers submenu I select the RSA DM project and the next submenu says "no dialogs found"

Why is this?
