Oracle RAC support

I saw an article (https://jazz.net/library/article/632) and knew Oracle 10g and 11g is supported. If my recognition is correct any customer can use RAC, cause RAC is just a function that Oracle provides. But when I see some forum topics mentioned about RAC, it is not clear.
In RTC 3.0.1, is Oracle RAC supported ? If no, is there any plan for support RAC?
Is there any problem in license or support condition?

Currently RTC, RQM supports Oracle 10g and 11g (https://jazz.net/library/article/632) and one of the feature is Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC).
There is no information available on jazz.net which reflect support for Oracle RAC.
Could some please update is ORACLE RAC is support for these tools and if not by when support will be there.
