How to add a new Theme for grouping reports

You need to use the RTC client to do that.
1. In the "Team Artifacts" view of the RTC client, connect to the desired project.
2. Once connected, expand your project in the view and the "Reports" folder under the project.
3. Right click on the "Shared Reports" folder and select the "New->Folder..." menu.
4. In the subsequent dialog, enter the Name of the new folder and optionally a description.
5. Click OK to close the dialog.
