Oh, where to start ;)
- relationship between Test Plan, Test Case, Test Script, Test Execution Record, etc. Don't even get me started on Test Suites; avoiding them.
- How to reuse test scripts. Turns out we were using RQM wrong for years by assuming that multiple test scripts associated with one test case would all be executed for a TER.
- Editing test scripts - still don't have the hang of it.
- I still don't understand some ramifications of editing properties, e.g., what does it really mean if I archive a particular iteration. I do it because the list is too long when I want to filter TERs or create new TERs - but am I breaking something I won't know about until later?
- The fact that editing a test script, while it's being executed is NOT the same thing as actually editing the test script.
- Accidentally 'running' a test script because you want to walk through the steps. I'm constantly cleaning up TERs that newbie testers are creating.

I also find the doc next to useless because it's impossible to filter on just RQM. For instance, when I do try to find help on something in the properties view, I end up with a bunch of stuff about other CLM apps - dont' need it, I just want to know about RQM.
