Oh, where to start ;)

relationship between Test Plan, Test Case, Test Script, Test Execution Record, etc. Don't even get me started on Test Suites; avoiding them.
How to reuse test scripts. Turns out we were using RQM wrong for years by assuming that multiple test scripts associated with one test case would all be executed for a TER.
Editing test scripts - still don't have the hang of it.
I still don't understand some ramifications of editing properties, e.g., what does it really mean if I archive a particular iteration. I do it because the list is too long when I want to filter TERs or create new TERs - but am I breaking something I won't know about until later?
The fact that editing a test script, while it's being executed is NOT the same thing as actually editing the test script.
Accidentally 'running' a test script because you want to walk through the steps. I'm constantly cleaning up TERs that newbie testers are creating.
I also find the doc next to useless because it's impossible to filter on just RQM. For instance, when I do try to find help on something in the properties view, I end up with a bunch of stuff about other CLM apps - dont' need it, I just want to know about RQM.
