RTC plan Snapshots information

I'm trying to take regular weekly snapshots of a release plan, and I don't understand yet what's the data that is being shown. Specifically, I want to understand the field Story Points estimated. I mean, does it show some delta number? total number of estimated story points?

I'm seeing zeros for all story points data in the comparison. I'm not sure how to get that data to be useful. Have you succeeded in the last year and a half at this?
