Upload Test case from template in RQM ?

I need support to get the test cases uploaded in RQM. I cannot do it by myself. I have the cases written in the template and want the same to be uploaded in RQM. Any advice will be great for me.

You have a couple of choices here:

1) Importing test cases from the UI (https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_import_testcase.html).

2) RQM Excel/Word Importer (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter).

3) RQM REST API (http://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi).
